Hi BiggerPockets Community,I'm having trouble managing mortgage payments for my rental duplex property and could use some advice from those who have dealt with similar situations.Background:The mortgage for our rental duplex is in my and my wife's names.Our LLC holds the property deed via a quitclaim.We set up a business checking account for the LLC to receive rent payments and manage property expenses.The Problem:The bank requires that mortgage payments be made from an account in my and my wife's names, not from the LLC's business account.

We have about 20% as a "down payment," but I assume that avoiding a traditional loan would be the best way to avoid extra fees and costs.Have you ever purchased a home from a family member, and if so, how did you come up with the money?

it actually does, at least for VRBO. because if you are API connected, then you collect the money for VRBO stays and pay taxes on it. if you are not API connected, then VRBO acts like Airbnb and handles all payments, etc.

The debtor misses two payments. 3 investors want to foreclose, 2 want to wait another 2 months, and 2 want to provide a 2nd lien to make the payments on the 1st.
