We do record the webinars (or try to, sometimes there are technical difficulties that prevent us from doing so) and they are available immediately afterward for anyone to view up to Friday at midnight.If you sign up for the webinar, you get a replay link emailed to you after the webinar is over.So sign up for the webinar even if you can't make it.There is a Webinar Replay room where you can watch any webinar, but that room is a perk of the Pro membership.

My goal is to create a comfortable environment were your true self-comes out... not the person that feels they have to impress everyone.I have some general ideas about its direction:- Purely Networking and sharing ideas, not a space to pitch at people like some other events- Relaxed environment- Free meetings- Some type of media integration- The goal is to connect good, high-quality people- Meet once a month for several hours- The group would not act as a business as some other RE groups or meetups (no memberships, paid classes, etc)If this is something you would be interested in and feel that there is a need for this please let me know and give me feedback!

We have just initiated a new student membership too even though we are one of the cheapest in the country anyway.

The real money comes from 1) up sells....and 2) people paying them to fill their CRM with leads and weed out the cream of the crap leads on a "30 day free trial basis", after which they will cherry pick and flip after you cancel your membership.
