Hello Everyone.I am a new investor located in Beaufort SC.

These properties are located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in a C neighborhood and finding a renter in the late-fall, early-winter months could be difficult.

I'm guessing they just employ a number of managing brokers in each location.

For some it's location, other's its tenants.  

Think twice before selling any investment prop locally, *especially* if it's in a prime location.  

I'm wondering if any of you have incorporated climate change considerations (drought, sea levels, wildfires, ...) into your investment location decisions.
