The only gang rehab center in the country. 

I'm not sure about this, but it may be another potential profit center.

I already know of a number of people who've chosen to retire in Oregon...Especially Californians (your worst nightmare as an Oregonian, I'm sure) who want to stretch their retirement dollars and don't need to be in an employment center, and those who are tired of living in a drought state.  

So I recently purchased a multifamily home in a great location, near bus lines, freeway on ramp, shopping center 2 mins away with gym, restaurants, gas station, grocery store etc.  5 mins to walmart, theaters, medical clinic, higher end restaurants etc.  

I personally don't have an appropriate location to try out this idea, but I hope we inspire someone who can cash in on it.I think every landlord should be looking for profit centers that generate enough to cover their vacancy expenses.

I ride my bike from Five Points to the BP HQ here by the Cherry Creek shopping center almost every day.  

NTAREI is having their 6th anniversary meeting tonight at the Richardson Civic Center at 7pm and it's free tonight.

The main structural beam for the house runs right down the center and is post braced off that CMU wall.
