Good Day to my BP Family, 

My name is Ramon Flores, I am based in the East Side of Los Angeles and have been assisting with Mostly Residential Real estate for about 6 months. It's been a great learning experience and excited about learning about flipping homes. I have worked. In the non-profit. Sector all my life. About 8 month ago I was layed off after working 11 years with a great Organization called Homeboy Industries. The only gang rehab center in the country. I was a Case Manager, Director of Employment services and Job Training Manager for the maintenance job training program. Which comprised of 60 to 120 former gang members with the goal of assisting them in redirecting there lives. Currently I work for an awesome company called VCA Realty Property Services as the Marketing Director. Which does commercial and residential services. I hope to meet great people here and learn a lot. I will start to contribute the little that I know and look forward to connecting with buyers/investors in the Los Angeles Area.
