I have half a mind to send the douche bag a note telling him the house is not available to him on account of the rude behavior during the tour. 

I did tour the place as well and hashed out a verbal offer. 

I also did a tour overseas, so here I'am today 23 and still in school.

He also claims that he told the seller's agent about this but that he's hiding this from potential buyers, but he's telling anyone he sees touring the house about it.  

I've done an 8 month tour in Sangin Afghanistan, and a 7 month tour that had me travel from Japan to Thailand.

One has in house ppl (it's more expensive) but it's nice.Also PRICE everything into it... where if you were local, you can manage on your own.Price in the management issues as your monthly expense.I am also a realtor, my out of state buyers will FLY OVER. since I myself is a long distance investor, I setup an area tour so when we talk about areas my clients have a visual. 

If we head back that way next tour I hope to get started in the vacation rental business. 

I spent a lot of my growing up years in Lake City, and we recently toured UW Bothell as a possible plan B college for my senior.  

I also have  had traction offering virtual tours of my place, which required a drone/photographer to handle. 

After your tour there it would be good to hope for appreciation.
