What is the best way to integrate my current LP pool with the correct syndication structure?

If you're concerned about the structural integrity of the house that wouldn't be my first choice. 

I see that there are at least a few people who have considered the question, and understand the value of integrity in modern business. 

Here are a few tips:=> Have a modern design with a clean structure, responsive for mobile=> Put photos of your properties and bio of yourself=> Check out how fast it opens =>  Have important information easily accessible to your potential customers=> Integrate Google Analytics, check your daily traffic and analyze the information e.g. high bounce rate means your potential online lead are exiting fast due to lack of interest content usually=> Focus on particular keywords, optimize for search engines=> Offer great content, quality information that is useful for your leads and check your page rank=> Build a brand utilizing Social Media e.g.

He was a straight shooter with great integrity.

Does anyone have experience in finding a structural engineer and what is the process they go through in assessing structural integrity?

Be 100% honest with sellers and buyers I see way too many people asking how to hide this and that, you have to have integrity in this business, reputation is everything.

Now I know that is not always (or even usually) the case but, I have worked with listing agents that have displayed that integrity and truly were representing the transaction.I myself have put deals together where I used this strategy and when a professional agent/broker can see that by crediting a point or three, the deal gets done.

Of course, both must be filled with integrity, and all the while, like Reagan said, "Trust, But Verify."

It looks very well put together and user friendly, and I like the idea of integrating the screening process into online marketing 👍🏼.
