The 2 acres is buildable, with utilities already, surrounded by horse pastures and a golf course.

That said there is a very little competition in this area and I wouldn’t recommend it for wholesaling. 43612 and 43613 you are going to be in the rat race of competition since the market is hot and this area is desirable. 

There has been no mention of race, religion, national origin, sex, age or marital status.

I'm equally scared of all poor people, race has nothing to do with it.

hi all my first post have been looking a while to , so much to learn here and i am looking for some help , here goes stupid really but i lent $110,000 to a relative who is an active realator for six months at 5% that was over 2.5 years ago , and no repayment and it gets worse , i now know they are underwater on there home by 200,000 or so and i am also aware that there is also a second mortgage which may be a private deal, bank is in court trying to get possesion , there are also other debts which debt collectors are trying to collect so a pretty big mass they are in , and i am also in , we have had lots of promises etc , the property is a farm and the mortgage is against the house , barn and 8 acres , my loan has been secured against 27 acres of farmland [horses] and i am told had a 2009 valuation of $175.000, this land has no mortgage , but it also has no road acces , only access is through the farm , but i am told there is a local law of access granted through continued usage , as you can see i am thinking worse case scenario now , long first post sorry . jim

However, I've watched historically important cars (vintage racing Ferraris, for example) be restored from a heap of burnt tubing, with a good serial number, to a gleaming jewel worthy of exhibiting or historic racing...at a cost of $1MM +.

You have more money than I did :)Do you have 25 people or more in your sphere of influence that have $10k each...if so I have met very few people that didn't have that network you are off to the races.

I have seen SO MANY agents get stuck in the rat race of chasing after the commission check and can never get out of it.when I quit my W2 to focus 100% on real.

  # family members, race, cleanliness, tidiness, possibly current residence (if photo taken at residents home), sense of socioeconomic status (lower classes less likely to pay for really nice pictures), hygiene.
