I'd love connect and network with others here on BP who may not have a lot of time on their hands, and needs someone who is willing to put in the work and get their hands dirty! 

@Oles Street A good way would be to learn about what you want to do first by reading books and listening to podcasts, and networking with experienced investors. 

Also am in a similar situation where I represent a large network of investors.

Interested in networking and learning more about the market.

@Oles Street Educate yourself, network with other investors, identify your target market, work with realtors to find properties, do more networking, build your team and make a leap to buy that 1st property.

Network and meet people who can teach you something different.

Because I want to start creating a network. 

Any ideas on how to go about networking and building this team?

Since I spend a lot of time in traffic, I have had plenty of time to listen to audio books, and one that has really inspired me is David Greene's "Long Distance Real-Estate Investing".Hoping to hear from others who have invested out-of-state without going the turnkey route, others who invest in Columbus, or anyone else who would like to network or share experiences! 

I work full time as a tax manager (for now...) but I hope to become more active in this community and look forward to networking with you all.
