Have 120K to start flipping. Looking for a GC/realtor/RE attorney
Hey BP community!
I am brand new to BP, and brand new to RE investing. I am a financial advisor by trade, so I have a decent amount of real estate knowledge, due to the nature of my career. But I am new to RE investing, so I don't have extensive knowledge in looking for deals. I am a numbers guy, and from my understanding, thats what flipping is all about. If the numbers make sense, I am in.
I have 120k to invest, and would love to build a team to flip homes with. Looking for a RE attorney/title attorney, GC, and/or realtor that is willing to put some skin in the game and be active with me in searching for and closing deals. That way we would have all bases covered regarding the flips. Any ideas on how to go about networking and building this team? And anyone interested out there to grab some coffee and discuss more?
Thanks for all of your input and advice in advance. God bless!
