Your best bet is to stay east of E. 152nd, and north of the freeway.

Luckily e were already pre-qualified with them which helped to accelerate the process, but they were fantastic to work with.

You'll know this when getting that first call.Here in CA (Sacramento/ San Francisco counties) the PR provides not only they're complete mailing address but their e-mail address as well.

Assuming you don't have a system set up where your tenants could submit their maintenance requests online (I don't), then I guess you can communicate either via phone call or e-mail.

After you have a year landlord on taxes (ie sched E) then you can start counting some rents.
