I work with a really great brokerage, KW, and they having a global presence have affiliated market boards for members only to utilize, so if you belong to or work with a major brokerage check with them and see if they have anything similar.

As others have mentioned, there are a lot of networking events in the area and I strongly suggest attending as many as you can.  

Steve, you should also have Hired and Non-owned Auto and strongly consider EPLI and Cyber.

Forming an LLC can make your first deal or two a little difficult, but if you have a strong relationship with a local bank then it can be a lot easier. 

Sounds like you are really starting strong.

One rental is also close to a mushroom farm that has a strong smell, but the farm is being relocated.

They are showing strong margins in desirable areas.

One thing I believe REALLY strongly about is that C and D properties have really high variance.
