Are you looking for intl buyers for FL real estate or US buyers of foreign real estate? I think it is really no different than marketing to anyone else. You can hold buyer seminars, facebook ads, go visit your brokerages offices in other countries, hold seminars for those agents about buying in the US and then hold one for their customers. Join the NAR and your state's Intl Committee. Look to your state for intl trade missions....advertise in local publications of your target country. I've seen plenty of South Florida Real Estate ads in airlines magazines for years. Network with immigration attorneys, network with business formation attorneys....
