Saw the opportunity this house had and the great community it is In.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Online searching and negotiated a couple grand off seeing some repairs that had to be done.

It’s hard for me to really work on it since it’s back home 3 1/2 hours away from me but I go and work on it on my off days.
Lessened learned? Still trying to figure that one out.
