Yes, they will all comfortably retire at the age of 62.  

We hope this will help propel us into more investment opportunities to allow for either early retirement or to allow us financial freedom to live comfortable on a single full-time income.

Right now I'm learning all I can about buying and holding rental properties, as part of our retirement strategy.

@Frank BoetI only invest about 10% of my retirement funds in metals since it is not an income producing asset like rental real estate but I still want to diversify my portfolio.

My dream is to build a lot of wealth through passive income by investing in real estate so that I can retire early and live the life i want to live without worrying about money.

Buy and hold for retirement is my strategy.

I have owned the lot for many years and see it as a perfect retirement spot. 

Seems like a good decision for retirement investing.
