Hello everyone,

My name is Chase and I am 20 years old. I'm currently finishing up my sophomore year in college and I want to graduate with a focus in finance. My dream is to build a lot of wealth through passive income by investing in real estate so that I can retire early and live the life i want to live without worrying about money. I look forward to meeting new people who share the same interests as me.
