You're talking about some broker-than-broke bozo who decides to rips off SNAP, SSI, the food banks, and HUD for the grand privilege of living in a cheap rental, maybe he has an illegal job on the side that brings in $150 bucks one week, $80 another, and Bozo spends that cash and what he manages to make trading half his food stamps and a big can of cling peaches away for his Kools, Crazy Stallion 40s, and a dime bag...Do you really think this is how America's going to flounder and fail?

(Plus....if you're dealing with one of those contractors and he says he needs 50 sheets of drywall, 20 sheets of Hardie backer, 40 boxes of mud, 20 bags of floor leveler, and 30 bags of thinset, then once you've paid for those items, how do you really know how much of that got used on your job and how much went into his truck for a weekend gig?)

With my first $50K I bought on market deal then got the bag :) but you can do a log of different things with $50K.I would starting with some reading and listening to BP podcast every day (on Spotify) it will help you understand more and come up with vision.Doesn’t have to be a master plan.

In some of them it's a fabric panel you have to replace or wash; in some of them it's more like the lint filter on a dryer (a plastic or wire mesh) that you just scrape off/wash off and reinstall.
