Im grateful that my personal 4-plex was built with the kitchens and bathrooms interior to the structure.

At this point, I haven't looked at the interior of the house yet. 

The nice thing is we were given interior inspections at bid time, so able to discern the conditions and better able to determine value. 

I own 8 single family and have a contract on a 12 unit apartment; we made it through with two exterior pipes cracked, a pool and sprinkler so we were able to isolated water shut off on both and it'll be a cheap fix once our plumber is done with everyone's interior fixes.I don't think this will be a huge opportunity for distressed sales. 

My son had a landlord who thought that an interior door knob was unneccessary until he had to open the door. 

But these buildings can provide a huge interior space for a minimal amount of materials and labor.

Trying to find a good way to buy high end, but not pay high end premiums from an interior designer or cabinet store. 

When you buy a Condo you are essentially just responsible for the interior part of your apartment.  

I am about to build a new pool cabin in Pigeon Forge and I'm a little torn on which design to go with in the interior. 

So far absolutely no issues with moisture and since there aren't chemicals being used in the water it helps overall maintenance with the pool pump and the interior of the pool room doesn't have as harsh of conditions/smell.Also, there will be things like self closing doors that are required (unless very unique circumstances which I could describe if necessary), pool alarms, etc, but that will be overseen by the local building inspector for the County, Chris Jenkins, and that'll have to be done or the builder won't get a CO.
