Where are the institutions that help make America work.

These houses are from a very large institutional entity and I believe they have instructions to accept any bids within a certain criteria.

Also do lots of SDIRA investing, had one since '98, write paper, equity participation, etc.... now have it set up as checkbook LLC.

In the beginning of the year, I went to a couple local RE meetups, I scrolled through some BP forum posts and didn't participate, and read 2 Robert Kiyosaki books (not Rich Dad, Poor Dad (yet)) that I picked up from the thrift store.

The paper I bought is institutional and has terms for assignment of rents, but the borrower is long gone and I'll assume no rental agreement in place.

I'm excited to join the BP community to network and learn lots of things about REI.Looking forward to participate in the forum and any local meetups :D.
