I always apologize, explain my batch offer process, and offer advice - most importantly - to get things sorted and take their time, and if they do ever need help working through probate etc I'm more than happy to help.Targeting this is the same as targeting natural disasters etc in my eyes and just not something that I can get behind.Real estate can be cutthroat though, so doesn't surprise me at all.
