Has anyone considered security deposit alternatives or security deposit insurance?

.- Install window treatments.- Complete city-required fixes (if necessary) - Apply for rental license.- City rental license inspection.- Complete rental license required fixes (if necessary).Leasing:- Create rental policies document, and application document- Create Lease document- Take pictures- Place ads on craigslist and on Zillow- Book showings- Take applications- Screen applicants- Select applicant- sign leases, take deposit- Move-in walk through checklist- Take the family out for diner to celebrate!

So there's the alternative, which is my model, where I have agents who hang their license with us and start developing a portfolio within our model with the intent of opening a branch or something more independent with us as partners.  

So my question is whether to go with tenting or Orange OIl treatment.

a alternative idea is to look for a turnkey provider that will provide the needs you are looking for.

Try box fans in the windows on one side of the house with the other Windows open.If the air is trapped in the house it can keep the skunk odor for weeks.If a day or two of the fans does not work then I would start with an ozone treatment.

@Derek JanssenIt is the undercarriage protection and scotchgaurd treatment for the home buyer .

@Ralph Miller  I address it directly my lease, stating I highly recommend them have renters insurance, because my policy does not cover their belongings, or alternate housing.

Alternatively, it would be a relatively quick source of a decent amount of cash.
