I just want  people to be aware. 

Not only have I met so many cool people and enjoyed the relationships I've built, it's also led me to clients, potential partners, and people I've learned so much from.

I'm excited to get started with this new community of knowledgeable people.

I love hosting and have tremendous passion and attention to detail with property management that seems incredibly hard to find those sorts of proactive skills in people when looking to hire for my own rentals. 

Expireds – These are people that want to sell as is shown by the fact they had listed, but for some reason the property didn’t sell, that’s where we step in Tired Landlords – Landlords who are tired of managing rentals Referrals from Agents – Some agents find properties that aren't ready for prime time and the seller doesn't have the money to fix up the property for the MLS. 

@Jay Hines I'm not sure that's how people would refer to wholesaling in terms of an investment strategy. 

If we hadn't moved forward and made the offer and went through the process, negative as it was, we wouldn't have met the people we have who ended up helping us more in the 2 hour meeting at the end than anyone else. 

Most people will never jump off the Cliff and invest. 

Until ai can fulfill that emotional aspect, people will need other people.

It doesn't cost anything to attend RE meeting, introduce yourself and get contact of people who invest in properties.
