I had been looking for a place to park my tiny house and I figured it would be easier to get a loan on a house than on land - not to mention the infrastructure.

My limited knowledge was based on people being frustrated with trying to get foreign loans, and dealing with red tape. 

Also the cash flow from the property probably won't be enough to repay the loan.

There are typically a dozen hands that touch a loan before it closes.

Rough estimate is with the new loan it would break even cash flow wise for now.

@Marisa Voelkel, Do you anticipate any issues acquiring loans for a new property under the new LLC structure?

The plan is to come in and improve the NOI over the next 12-24 months then implement a strategic cash out refinance and move to long term permanent agency debt.
