I received a scam call from Loan Depot offering really good opportunity to Refi my Condo and it looked so straightforward and smooth process all different than the service I received from my broker lender to get the loan for the property purchasing...It looks like Loan Depot they do the refi in less time and they require less paperwork and the guy promised that they will match any APR rate I could find anywhere else.

Otherwise, you may be taken advantage by others or worse, become another victim in scams (especially if you are looking for partners).Again, you had a great start and good luck.P.S.

Learned a lot, got scammed only slightly on this first renovation, so I suppose it all worked out okay in the end.
