I have my eyes on new properties, but with the new Canadian lending rules, I am not able to qualify for any more mortgages through the local banks I have tried.

I'm acquiring a property in Galveston, TX and would like to keep the a more regular eye on things that may deteriorate faster than others due to salty air/water exposure.

Hire one contractor and have him keep an eye on the others.

Prices have appreciated considerably in many areas and local governments are typically slow to catch up.

I am so damn anxious when will HEB and other commercial development kick in, dont know why it takes so long just for a grocery outlet to come...Maybe Elon needs to send a nasty email or tweet to HEB CEO and also tag Home Depot, Walmart, Starbucks etc lol....its about time this area catches up to NA

Google Voice numbers can be regenerated and once you’ve been scammed and catch on, the scammer will change their number and you won’t be able to contact them. - They won’t be local, familiar with the property or able to meet you at the property.
