I was hoping someone experienced in the subject could tell me how serious / bad is the damage based on these pictures.

@Kole Kingslien, about a year ago, I purchased a 4-plex with asbestos siding using a 203k loan, so here’s what I experienced...The asbestos siding (at least mine) is not dangerous to health, like many people believe the insulation. 

HUD Engineering  standards changed that year, it was also the end of 2x2 framing.   

It is mostly new investors like yourself with some more experienced ones mixed in.

It can take a while to sink in.Shorten the lead time and pay a really good, experienced CPA to explain it you.

I started in Jan 1st 2018 in this interesting journey, and all I have experienced so far is... nothing but good vibe... from people (with of course some exceptions), but to really be able to convince brokers... you really need to team up together with others.... else brokers for sure will not get back to you... 

I'm new to this, so I just want to make sure the experienced sharks out there don't mistake me for bait!
