@Kole Kingslien, about a year ago, I purchased a 4-plex with asbestos siding using a 203k loan, so here’s what I experienced...The asbestos siding (at least mine) is not dangerous to health, like many people believe the insulation.

I started in Jan 1st 2018 in this interesting journey, and all I have experienced so far is... nothing but good vibe... from people (with of course some exceptions), but to really be able to convince brokers... you really need to team up together with others.... else brokers for sure will not get back to you...
