Potential foundation issues- How serious is it?
Hi Everyone,
This is my first time dealing with a property that has foundation issues. It is currently under contract and I will need to re-negotiate the price. I was hoping someone experienced in the subject could tell me how serious / bad is the damage based on these pictures. I know I will probably need to bring a structural engineer/foundation guy. But it would be helpful to have a cost range and bring it up to the seller before bringing people to give me estimates.
