You could start by doing less but the UV light will tell you the story.The problem is that if the pee is near the walls it will be wicked up the wood and dry wall even if they did not pee directly on the walls.Dogs particularly like to lift a leg and pee on door frames and walls.

The house had gone into escrow numerous times and had always failed inspection, it needed a lot of work with "hidden" problems so it showed OK but had lots of rot.

Usually everything in the yard is overgrown (much more than one weeks worth), the trim around the roof has chipping paint and possible even rotted areas, the shingles look distressed, drapes inside are dirty/stained or look extremely old etc.

Not sure if this is the same flooding, but here is an article from August about the flooding there and permit requirements:DENHAM SPRINGS - The City of Denham Springs released a statement regarding permits for repairs to structures following the recent flood events.City officials reminded everyone that the first step in the process is to remove all wet materials and let the building dry out.

If only 4 meters than one tenant is paying to dry the clothes also unless you have an electric dryer....A lot of the older 4 families have crazy lines tapping off tenants Etc...Good luck but you have a few options to fix it don't lose too much sleep over it...regards,Chris

We were able to get big fans going and dry everything out but what he forgot to do was remove all the wet insulation in the attic which sat for about a week untill I myself spent two days removing it all.
