I guess it means I should find another insurance agent that value my business more.I am struggling to read and understand this policy (image attached). fair rental value coverage Fire =40, All Perils=38. and similar line items in improvements columns $10,000 and $50,000 on loss assessment property coverage.Protection line says local fire alarm or smoke detector, deadbolt , fire extinguisher.

USE google find local lender.. make appointment with local lender go to their office .. make sure they are for real then proceed.using one off brokers you find on BP linkdin craigslist connected investor etc.. as you state are FULL of scammers absolutly full of what I call pump and dump diligence thieves.. literally.. tell the no money newbie or limited capital newbie what they want to hear.. suck 500 or more out of them then go dark and never fund .. change their names etc.

MAINTENANCE USE AND REPORTING: Tenant shall properly use, operate and safeguard Premises, including if applicable, any landscaping, furniture, furnishings and appliances, and all mechanical, electrical, gas and plumbing fixtures, carbon monoxide devices and smoke alarms, deck, and keep them and the Premises clean, sanitary and well ventilated....Tenant shall immediately notify Landlord, in writing, of any problem, malfunction or damage with any item including carbon monoxide devices and smoke alarms on the property.

We have a tenant who literally damaged the property like a cyclone went through it, cabinet doors came off, smoke detectors removed with wires exposed, attic door missing, mirrored closet doors cracked etc... section 8 demands landlord is responsible for the repairs.
