Find properties that interest you using whatever parameters you pick..I look for houses in the solid but cheap middle class city areas and also ones slightly out in the sticks but close enough for an easy drive to town.I will pick out ten or so and drive by them, out of ten there will be one or two I would like to see so I will call the realtor and ask to see them.
