However, if at the time the y would have been discussing real estate and talking about BiggerPockets (assuming it existed at the time) I would have had something to go to and investigate more and use it as a tool to learn and research to prepare myself at that age to be "Set for Life" getting a solid foundation of useful information form thousands of people that are doing it every day.

That's $2600 per month, or $31,200 per year, and my initial total investment was only 100k.I'm 37 y/o and I can't see how option B isn't significantly better than option A... when I retire I will own four properties that each bring in significant rental income, and during that process I will be bringing in supplemental income from rentals.Perhaps I am missing something and that is why I am here.

Title data and unfortuately that data doesnt have equity infoThat may be true, but using a criteria that the homeowner has owned the property from year x to year y (I use 12-20 years) likely gives you datsa with equity positions, but I don't use 30+ years as free and clear posibilirties arise and they can often be less motivated (except in inheritance cases).
