And I would guess that a $1000 a month tenant can't afford to replace their belongings after a loss any better than a $325 a month tenant so renters insurance is a safeguard for either of them...so it might save the tenant in the long run if the landlord mandates a renters policy.

My guess is they'll recommend an "S" Corp in the state you'll be operating (even a Nevada Corporation will have to be registered in that state in order to be recognized).

I can't seem to locate any decent rentals at this time so I guess I will just go with plan "a" and pay down towards the mall.
