First, this post isn't intended to be a hubris, self-promoting, story.

Wether it's a deal, transactions, management, whatever promotes the business and its profitability. 

We have been blessed to expand rapidly over the past 4 years without any promotion or advertising.

This amount is expected to grow in a few years if I get a promotion!

LOLthe dream is real estate richs and the man promoting is getting rich.. some will succeed I have seen it.. but 90% dont.. and just go into debt. that further ruins their lives

It was one of the reasons I promoted the need for a block, the posts are basically copy and paste. 

I did attempt to start a zoom call for Orange County but lack of promotion/attendance we stopped it after two months.

Probably best to sit tight and see what the May tenants do and in the meantime start promoting June as the long term available date.

I understand what you are asking but I am in the business and am restricted in what/who I promote which I think is a good policy BP enforces.

I now have $1,500 for the 100k transaction I was involved in... now expenses to obtain this deal through self-promoting and marketing(if seller side) and gas when commuting and trips to the property for various reasons, rent, yearly memberships and such associated with being an agent, and even daycare($400 month) for me to go back to work vs staying at home like I am now... this almost seems like very little money if any would be made... and this is assuming I had 1 sale a month... which I dont expect to have right off the bat as a new agent...
