Because of this, lenders had to add huge adjustments to their pricing when they were at or near 7% delivery threshold.The announcement last night is suspending that cap or essentially undoing it allowing lenders to originate and deliver these loans without the fear of being punished or exceeding their allotment.

Find a niche that piques your interest and dive into that!

@Paul Sandhu is of course on target.....We had a couple of young ladies staying at one of our places a week ago, and they liked to party.....so do we, so a couple of long nights ensued...we even went out to dinner together!

And she's been booked pretty much every day since.Plus, she has one of the highest rates in the area to which she'll even admit, "I wouldn't rent my place because there are better places that cost less per night."

I posted a really involved post about my plans to remediate the problem, but I had a bright idea last night that may work.
