Most of the folks out this way file their taxes with a profession as "landscaper" with the IRS, for purposes of qualifying for a loan, when they grow weed.

Let's stop Washington from becoming the overdeveloped landscape that so much of California has become and reinvent housing standards for all Americans.

Also, it's helpful to provide a scope of work (roof needs replacing, landscaping, needs new cabinets, etc.).
