Have him or her video the noise using a cell phone( and verbally document the date and time) and send you each video.

It was a Saturday night I was at a no cell phone dinner with the wife.

Three years ago I went on a three week bicycle tour and basically ran my property management business from my I-pad and cell phone.  

We just signed a contract for Verizon to erect a cell tower on our property. 

I kept a verbal journal on the trip (through iphone voice dictation) so once I get through editing that, I'll try to post some of my most poignant real estate travel observations.Anyways, cheers.
