I’m planning to require automatic deposit, but don’t want to physically meet every tenant to do a lot of paperwork.

Most of the rest of us pick up some useful tidbits from book's like Hill's, incorporate them into our already set thought patterns, and achieve a greater level of success, but nothing near Carnegie's level.  

Because it is a house hack, it is a lot easier physically for me to kick him out than it might otherwise be, obviously.

Please help us push for a preservation-based project that incorporates the existing building and its eligibility to be listed as a landmark.

As a last resort, if the state where the trust is located has to file for incorporation status, then there should be a registered agent for the trust.

 @Carl Fischer & @Brian Eastman am I understanding you guys correctly that if a person wants to take a property OUT of a Self Directed Account, it is much easier if it is sold INSIDE of that account, and THEN take that 'cash' out as a disbursement, since the 'cash' has a 'defined value', unlike a physical property that would need to be appraised etc....?

In my market, many homes are staged virtually and do not physically have furniture in the property.On the higher-end/luxury side of things, many homes are stages with furniture and decorations throughout the property.With respect to listing your property on your own, I'd look into discount services that help you gain MLS access.
