Small property management platform

Hi all- I know this has been discussed before but I’m looking for an app and software that does it all and can’t seem to find it with all the recommended apps (buildium, appfoloio, cozi)

I’m looking for a platform that has an app and software for pc/Mac and incorporate everything:

Screen tenants

-Send and receive signed lease agreements

-Accept electronic payments or ach

-Simply input expenses and photos -Provides excel export of balance sheet

-ability to list rental across all major platforms
