Tasks like accounting, maintenance contracting, etc. can be divided amongst the group members so that they can put less time in or stick to their strengths.

I own properties in the 380 area and I completely agree with you, the real estate growth potential from Denton to McKinney is HUGE (especially when the DNT construction, PGA and Cook Children’s are completed).

What tasks have you been able to successfully delegate?

I did have an NMLS number when I first began in the mortgage world, but haven't needed it the past few years so I have not renewed it.Often times, I feel that the file work (even taking on addtional workload and tasks) would definitely be worth my time if I was compensated on commission rather than a flat-rate per file.

Ohio is a great state for this, I like Columbus, Ohio for its population and job growth. 

There are outside tasks that can be completed during the winter months, the contractor just has to play the weather.
