Calculator for House Hacking
A newbie still learning how to analyze properties. This may be a simple question. If I am analyzing a multi-family property that I intend to house hack. How do I account for the rent for the unit that I will occupy? Do I input the amount a tenant would pay? Or only input the rent for the unit that is available to tenants?
