Here's a couple of posts on the subject that may give you a little insight into this industry.I personally am planning to jump into this industry with all fours in my geographical area as there are literally thousands of homes and properties with enough room to add "Additional Dwelling Units" on their properties.

As for other ways you can continue to build your education while working a full-time job, I would first look to start narrowing down both the investment path and geographic area you plan on focusing on.

I know I have.I bring this up because in my career I have found that my willingness to relocate has allowed me to remove geographic restrictions from my job searches, which has in turn allowed me to make more than double what people with similar qualifications (but a requirement to stay in a certain city) have earned.In the case of real estate investing, I can see how it would be true that by searching a broader area for deals, you would be able to find deals better suited to your goals.If you have gone to the trouble of reading this whole post (I know it is a bit long) I would love to hear thoughts or experience on the differences between long distance investing with large multi-units versus smaller multies or single family homes.

I was lazy in the description and only wanted to point out that the amount is the same every year, with the exception of the 1st and last year.

@Jeff GebhartIt doesn't seem like your criteria is too specific, however if you were wanting more leads to mail to I would suggest either expanding your geographical area or the last market sales date.
