@Brett RounklesTo add to the above, to achieve the anonymity portion, you'd need to create the WY / NV / DE whatever LLC FIRST, then create the other LLC's with the anonymity LLC being the member of the subordinate LLC's.

Biggest problem is 4 of the 10 houses on the cul de sac are for sale, mine would make 5.I think things are going to get worse, and I'd prefer to sell now, and get some of the higher price, than wait 2 years, and sell at rock bottom.And I do think that's the alternative.

Like @Paul De Luca said, a good agent will be well versed in terminology, understand the due diligence process, proficient in underwriting, be knowledgeable about local laws/ordinances that affect real estate investments, have transaction experience and must NOT reek of "commission breath," meaning...don't be focused on your commission.
