What do investors look for in a real estate agent?

Hi everyone, I'm a real estate agent in Vermont and also an investor (I have done flips, own some long-term rentals, and recently bought a STR). I love working with other investors and I'd like to focus my business on working with other investors. I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts on what investors look for in an agent. Any ideas on how best to differentiate myself and attract other investors?

@Emily Schneider

I think investors want the following from their agent - clear & responsive communication, integrity  & trust, referrals & access to their network, and most importantly investment experience with underwriting, financing, due diligence, different investment strategies, and access to off-market opportunities. This isn't a comprehensive list of course but a few things that came to mind immediately.

I think a good way to attract investors is to attend real estate investing meet ups and document your investing experiences to share on social media platforms to demonstrate your credibility. To attract investors, you need to become more visible. I also recommend being active on your local forums.
