I come home look to see if it's on market then send letter to PR (personal rep) Exuctor/trix.

Understand the West Texas market dynamics, such as transient workforces in towns like Midland, Odessa, or Lubbock, and research growth potential.

Wholesaling is very uncommon in my market, and all the other local title companies and attorneys I called seemed to not know much at all about assignments and/or double closings.
