In DC I don't think you can ever legally discriminate in renting on basis of race, religion, familial status, or any of the other protected classes, etc., unless you actually live in the same house (for example, renting rooms to female students only).

Many people like to raise issues such as race, etc if they feel they were wronged or if they believe they can benefit by raising it.

I started off as an audiophile with all of the stuff associated with it, then moved on to SCCA solo racing eventually to track days all over California. 

The keys are to start with the end in mind (the vision and the compelling why) and then work backwards to choose the right strategy (or heck, any strategy that remotely works) and then ride that horse patiently!

But not race and the foods they eat.I feel like this is a fairly discriminatory conversation to begin with, Indian people are like everyone else.

If you truly are the type to give up so easily, then your statement says it all, if not, get back on that horse, learn from your mistakes and don't repeat them.

The goal is to eventually generate about $15K of passive monthly income in order to get away from the rat race. 

to Nick: I do play the cashflow board game and i have yet to get myself out of the rat race (only played it 3 times thus far).

Will buying a high performance race car make you able to win the Daytona 500, or would you do just as well with a Ford Focus if you have no training or experience?
