Yes I do partner with a lot of clubs and bars so I do see my tenants at a concert or something time to time. and yes I do interact with them.

i know it has a bad rep locally for crime and what not but it cant be the whole county. i've looked at it geographically and its location to DC and Baltimore makes me think it should be a commuter location, but i've just never had any interactions with the county at all and know nothing about it.

Zillow does it and charges them directly, and then I may ask additional questions about their application as needed.I put more stock in the gut feel I have in meeting folks during my open houses (always schedule people for a 1 to 2 hour time frame) and seeing their interest level, how they interact with me, etc.
