My bank account isn't as well equipped for investing.

Her equipment is more up to date than other companies in the area also.

It is pretty simple stuff, just wear the right equipment to protect yourself. 

I haven't truly defined my specific goals just yet as I don't think I'm equipped with the knowledge of what goals are considered realistic just yet.

My accountant is telling me that if I have a LLC that buys and rents property and Im the owner of that llc, that I can not have a separate company (that i own and do the work) manage the properties, and take depreciation, equipment, materials etc. in both companys.

Also, make sure that the building has tall ceilings to accommodate the larger medical equipment.

Last time I did hardwood floors, I only saved $500 after calculating all of the materials and rental equipment.  

I have contemplated, (but not followed up on ) investing for years, but this time I jumped into a REO in Traverse CIty.I am a construction equipment mechanic in Chesapeake, VA.

They said it was fine to have it on their and wouldnt be considered commercial as long as I continued to drive it for pleasure and am not hauling equipment, clients, etc around in it.  

As investors, the better we can understand the numbers behind these not so common rehab items, the better equipped we can be when negotiating the work.More updates on this project to come ;)
