Staging - Thoughts? Experiences? Cost?

Hello! We are considering staging our latest rehab. Have never staged before. The home in question is approx 3000 sq ft, 5 beds, 3 baths. Do you use a staging service? Pros/Cons? Estimate of cost? Do they charge monthly? Can you pay when the house sells? Any idea of what this could cost in the Raleigh, NC area? Any suggestions on who to call? Any hard evidence that staging helps with sales price or speed of sale? Thanks all. :)

Brandon McLean I do every house. We used to use mint to sell in raleigh. She was great. Then we got to the point we had enough of our own stuff to stage one place, now 2. For us in raleigh and Cary we have done enough with and without that I make it part of every single flip now with the results we have. Houses we stage full ask or higher - first weekend sales typical. Houses we didn't stage. 15-30 days on market, under asking contracts.
