I am currently soaking in as much infor as I can on those topics.

When your getting started there is so much to learn- I would recommend checking out as many articles, podcasts, books etc on here and soaking in as much knowledge as you can.

I’m completely new to this and trying to soak up as much info before diving in so please overlook any, for lack of better words “dumb” question.

Be a sponge and soak it all up.3) Consider joining a local real estate investment club in your area and network with other real estate professionals (title company reps, lenders, appraisers, etc.) and investors. 

This is a good way to source your "startup" seed money, but once you have established the ability of your properties to become your free source of these needed funds, the IBC slows you down, and costs you money that you don't need to spend. 

I just want to say that I love this site and that there is so much to learn and soak up here!

A really successful investor friend of mine once told me "be like a farmer plant seeds, water and nuture it,  and the harvest will come" I wish you all the success in your real estate endeavors :)
