Home Equity Financing

Hello Everyone. I am a newbie and my wife and I recently refied our home and we have done very well in just 4 short years. Can we use the equity in our home to finance our first few deals? We are interested in flips and rental property. I am currently soaking in as much infor as I can on those topics. This website is amazing and full of info. I feel like I am just scratching the surface. We are excited to get started but we want to know if we can use our equity or if we need to look at other options.

You can use your equity if you have enough of it to get a HELOC on your property. I dont know if banks let people refi and pull cash out anymore on primary residences anymore.

Good luck
